The National Assistance Helpline This helpline allows older people to access local authority support on issues such as access to food, medication, access to local social work services, emotional support and contact with local volunteer groups. Call 0800111 4000

Hourglass Helpline This helpline is for older people who have experienced, or are at risk of, any kind of harm, abuse or exploitation. It can also be used by those who are concerned about an older person, eg family, friends etc and also gives information and advice relating to safer ageing
