Following on from Lord Bracadale's recommendations in his review on Hate Crime Legislation in Scotland, the Scottish Government have put out a consultation which asks questions on how best to consolidate Scottish Hate Crime Legislation and expanding the statutory aggravations to include gender and age.
The Scottish Government will be conducting a series of workshops around the country to hold discussions and to gather evidence which will be used in their review.
